We currently deliver within the UK only.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 7–10 working days after dispatch.

Standard UK delivery is £4.99, or free on orders over £59.

Returns

We hope you love your Solisita piece. If it is not quite right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging. UK returns are free for eligible items.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Personalised or custom-made items are also non-returnable unless faulty.

Warranty

Solisita jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage or damage caused by improper care.

Materials

Our jewellery is mainly crafted from durable stainless steel, designed for everyday styling with a polished, easy-to-wear finish.

Some pieces feature stones, crystals, pearls or decorative details. Please check each product’s details for specific material information.

Care

Many Solisita pieces are designed to be water-resistant and tarnish-resistant, making them suitable for everyday wear. To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend gently drying it after contact with water and storing it separately when not in use.

Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals where possible.

Packaging

Each order is packed in a complimentary gift box or jewellery pouch, ready to treat yourself or someone special.
