1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Our products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use our products or website content for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take care to display our products accurately, including colours, materials and dimensions. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions during photography.

All product descriptions, images, pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Solisita jewellery is crafted using high-quality materials including stainless steel, multi-toned alloys, cubic zirconia crystals and synthetic pearls. Each piece is backed by our comprehensive 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Colour, Shade & Size

We reserve the right to make slight amendments to products including minor differences in colour, shade, finish and size. While we take every care to represent our pieces accurately, variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions during photography and the handcrafted nature of our jewellery. If you are not satisfied with any variation upon receipt, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be completed in full at checkout before your order is processed. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

4. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when your order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation email is sent.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorised transaction
• Product unavailability or stock discrepancy
• Pricing or description errors
• Suspected resale or commercial use

If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Standard delivery is free on orders over £59. For orders below this threshold, a delivery charge of £4.99 applies. Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including public holidays and carrier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

6. Returns & Cancellation

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. Key points:

• You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your intention to return an item.
• Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

As a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period. Notify us of your cancellation in writing within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

This right applies to all products except earrings (hygiene) and personalised items, which are exempt under the regulations.

7. Warranty

All Solisita jewellery is covered by our 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, graphics, product designs, photography and overall site design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Solisita Ltd or its licensed content providers and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and design right laws. Our jewellery designs are owned by Solisita Ltd. Direct copying or plagiarism of our designs, product images or website content will result in legal action.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit or otherwise use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

If You Are a Consumer

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We only supply products for domestic and private use. We have no liability for any commercial or business use.

If You Are a Business

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solisita Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business or business interruption arising from your use of our website or products.

General

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Our total liability in connection with any product purchased shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Solisita Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer and we are unable to resolve a complaint through our internal process, you may refer the dispute to a certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. Alternative dispute resolution is an independent process where a neutral body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it without court proceedings.
